Quality Insurance
At DNC Group a commitment to quality is part of the business.
This is achieved through:
- Complying with statutory requirements, codes, standards and guidelines;
- Setting up quality management system with the aim of eliminating or reducing defective work;
- Defining roles and responsibilities for managing quality.
- Establishing QA objectives and targets
- Continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction remains a priority when representing the DNC Group brand.
DNC Group ensures that both senior management and onsite employees all have an important part to play in the implementation of this policy which is made readily available on Dropbox in Electronic Format but also provided to all staff in the company induction process.
Strategies Will Include:
- Provide quality workmanship by committed and trained personnel;
- Providing ongoing education and training to all of our employees;
- Consulting with employees and other parties to improve decision-making on quality matters;
- Provide excellent value for money using only suitable quality materials;
- Provide exceptional service and reliability;
- Ensuring non-conformances are investigated and lessons are learnt within the organisation;
- Distributing quality assurance information, including this policy, to all employees and interested parties;
- Providing sufficient resources to ensure quality management is a central part of the organisation;
- Ensuring that all non-compliances with the quality requirements are logged and documented in accordance with the requirements set out in this plan;
- Satisfy and exceed our clients’ requirements as well as Industry Specific Regulators.
To achieve these objectives and satisfy the expectations of our clients, our Quality Assurance Management System is based on AS/NZS ISO 9001 and the specific requirements of AS/NZS 4801. Areas identified for continual improvement are to be identified and acted on promptly and efficiently. This will be achieved by ongoing monitoring, training and review of the measurable quality objectives which are established.
The organisational goal of the company is to “Outperform and exceed the Industry Standard in Workmanship and Customer/Client Satisfaction”, The successful integration of the Quality Assurance Management system into the company’s day-to-day activities relies upon the co-operation and involvement of personnel at all levels and will ultimately ensure the satisfaction the company’s clients.
All DNC Group staff members are committed to this policy and its development and implementation is centred around exceeding the agreed upon quality assurance objectives and targets. The QHSE Manager has been authorised by the Managing Director to ensure that the requirements of this QA Policy and the Quality Management System are maintained to comply with the IS09001 International Standard.
The QA Policy along with the Objectives & Targets are reviewed at the Annual Management Review Meeting and the results are reported to all staff electronically via Dropbox. Any improvements identified from the review will be included in the QA Policy to increase effectiveness and to ensure continual improvement.
